You will be provided reference copies of the RCMS:2023 and RC14001:2023 Technical Standards for use during the course. You will also be provided log on directions after payment for the course has been processed.
Successful completion of the MSS RCMS/RC14001 Lead Auditor Course provides the necessary TPECS Responsible Care Auditor (RC) competency credential needed to conduct third-party (Audit Service Provider) RCMS and RC14001 certification audits. This course meets the requirements of the American Chemistry Council (ACC) and is approved by Exemplar Global, the ACC Designee for the administration of RCMS/RC14001 course and professional auditor certifications.
The RCMS/RC14001 Lead Auditor course is approved as valid training when applying to become an Exemplar Global Certified Responsible Care Auditor.
This credential can help open doors to a new career path as a Third-Party Certification Auditor for RCMS and RC14001.

MSS is a Certified Exemplar Global TPECS Training Provider. TPECS is the Exemplar Global Training Provider and Examiner Certification Scheme.

Terms and Conditions
This course and exam are presented only in English. By registering for this course, the Learner agrees that he/she is able to participate in the course and take the exam in English without the assistance of a interpreter. Learners are only eligible to sit for the exam if they participate fully in the course. Unexcused absences from the course may impact eligibility to sit for the exam and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
A request for accommodations to be made with regards to culture, literacy, and/or disability would need to be made in writing. MSS will respond to any requests for accommodations in writing. This agreement on accommodations should be completed prior to the start of the course.
The course and exam are completely online. The Learner understands and agrees that internet access is required to attend the course and take the exam. Additionally, the Learner agrees that a webcam will be in continuous use during the examination, streaming the Learner’s activity. In the event that there is a technical difficulty to prevents the online proctoring of an exam, the Learner agrees to work with MSS to find a mutually acceptable proctored exam setting / solution and bear any expenses associated with that solution.
The following information will be provided to Exemplar Global after course completion: learner name, postal address, contact phone number, email address, competency Unit(s) that have been successfully demonstrated, date(s) of examination, and name of certified Training Provider.
Learner TPECS examination results for individuals who achieve the Responsible Care Competency Unit will be submitted to Exemplar Global, so that Exemplar Global may contact the graduate with information on applying for personnel certification.
Learners will be awarded a Certificate of Attainment in the RC Competency Unit if they achieve or exceed the passing score set by MSS for the examination. All other course participants who do not successfully pass the exam will be deemed “Not Yet Competent” and will be issued a Certificate of Attendance. In the event that a Learner does not achieve a passing score on the exam, a re-examination option will be provided.
Personal information gathered during the registration, course attendance, and examination process shall not be disclosed to third parties other than Exemplar Global (including employer) without the written consent of the examinee, except where required by law.
Learners have the right to make a formal complaint or appeal against the outcomes of the course or examination. A formal Appeal and Complaint Processing procedure is in place and will be made available to Learners upon request.
